Day 15-16 Chiang Mai

We're staying in the coolest little hostel. A couple, called Aree and Vee own it, who are so welcoming.. they remember everyone's names and introduce you to everyone when you come in.

There's loads of instruments for everyone to play.. and we're staying in tents..

As soon as we started exploring the next morning, we decided we already love Thailand!

There's practically a temple of some sort around every corner and every one is amazing!

We drank a fair bit of Chang (Thai beer).. and cocktails.. and ate loads of beautiful Thai food too. (And took some more pictures of us lot too - as requested by Aurelie :))

We got a taxi to Wat Phra That Doi Suthep temple with some friends we made at the hostel from all over the world (France, India, England etc) ..

And got blessed by a monk too (I got the giggles because I wasn't expecting to be splashed with cold water when I had my eyes closed - oops!)

We went to the Night Bazaar markets, which are supposed to be the biggest in Thailand. We all bought some jazzy pants and Jack got some cool shorts (pictures to follow I'm sure...)

We had some more cocktails on the cool bike bar, then the next morning, started heading towards Chiang Rai!
